External Bearing Gear Pump
External Bearing Pumps are used when pumping liquids having very low viscosity. The External Bearing Pumps are providing excellent bearing support to the pumps & bearing can be lubricated independently without contact with liquid. External Bearing Pumps are often seal with Mechanical Seal & Gland Packing. These pumps are commonly used in handling corrosive viscous liquid.
Sometimes it is not possible for bearings to be in direct contact with the liquid due to its corrosive nature. There is a high chance of failure in the pump due to contact of the bearings with the liquid. Also sometimes the temperature of the liquid to be pumped is very high. In such circumtances External Bearing Type Gear Pump is recommended for trouble free opertion. Dhara Pumps is pioneer in development of External Bearing Type Gear Pump.
